Prize draw terms and conditions

Organiser

The prize draw is organised by Spacifik UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Gerichtstr. 19, 13347 Berlin, email: [email protected].

Entry period

The prize draw runs from the publication of these terms until 31 October 2026, 23:59 (CET/CEST). The time of successful registration on the platform is decisive.

Eligibility

Eligible are natural persons residing in Germany who have their own complete account on friend-referrals.com and who meet the level requirements.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Level requirements

The platform guides you through ten levels. To qualify for the prize draw you must complete levels 1 to 7 fully and in order, then enter the draw in level 8. In detail:

1. Level 1 — Show who you are: upload a profile photo and add a city (at least 2 characters) or bio (at least 8 characters).
2. Level 2 — Share a link: add at least one referral link or code of your own and explain it clearly (notes / pros / cons / costs).
3. Level 3 — Find your friends: send at least one friend request and have at least one accepted friendship.
4. Level 4 — Use a friend’s link or code: copy or claim a friend’s link/code and tick that you signed up through it.
5. Level 5 — Invite someone for the first time: at least one person joined the platform through your invite, and someone used or copied your link.
6. Level 6 — Tell us what you think: book the feedback call and have it unlocked by the organiser after the conversation.
7. Level 7 — Successfully invite 2 more friends: at least three people in total have joined through your invites (first invite from level 5 plus two more).
8. Level 8 — Enter the prize draw: expressly accept these terms and complete registration on the platform. Without successful level 7 you cannot qualify.
9. Level 9 — Invite 12 more people onto the platform: at least twelve people joined through your invites. This level is not a requirement for the Amazon voucher; it is a further path step.
10. Level 10 — Dinner in Berlin: personal invitation by the organiser after reaching the previous levels. Also not a requirement for the Amazon voucher.

You only qualify for the Amazon voucher draw once level 7 is complete and level 8 (registration including acceptance of these terms) is done. Registration is possible until the end of the entry period as long as the requirements are met.

Prize

Among all properly qualified participants, one Amazon.de voucher worth €100 (one hundred euros) will be drawn. The voucher is delivered digitally by email. Amazon is neither sponsor nor organiser of this prize draw.

Cash payment, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded. The organiser may provide an equivalent substitute if the voucher cannot be supplied.

How to enter

Entry is only possible via the “Enter the prize draw” action in level 8 on the platform. By ticking the box and submitting you accept these terms. Only one account and one entry per person are allowed.

Draw and notification

After the entry period ends, the winner is drawn at random among all qualified participants. Legal recourse is excluded.

The winner will be notified by email at the address on the account and must accept the prize within 14 days. Otherwise a new draw may be held.

Exclusion and abuse

The organiser may exclude participants from the prize draw and revoke unlocks already granted, in particular in cases of:

• Self-created fake accounts, fake profiles, or accounts you invite solely to inflate invite counts.
• Inviting yourself, household members, or people who do not genuinely take part on the platform.
• Multiple accounts for one person or attempting to enter under several identities.
• Manipulating technical systems, bots, automated sign-ups, or otherwise circumventing the level logic.
• Breaches of platform rules, inaccurate information, or other abuse.

In case of exclusion, any claim to the prize lapses. Prizes already issued may be reclaimed where legally permitted.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical faults, platform outages, delayed or undelivered emails, or circumstances beyond its control, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

To run the prize draw we process the account and contact data needed for participation. More information is in our privacy policy.

Changes and cancellation

The organiser may change, pause or end the prize draw early for good cause (e.g. technical faults, legal reasons). There is no entitlement to the draw taking place.

Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules at the participant’s place of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
